We do not share or store your data beyond what's necessary to provide our service, and we never sell or use your data for any other purpose. Rest assured, our commitment is to maintain your privacy at every step.
We collect your phone number to provide SMS notifications related to the Instagram accounts you track through our service. These messages are strictly transactional and may include alerts about new activity or changes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service: your email address (for account management and notifications), phone number (if you opt in to SMS alerts), payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number), and the Instagram usernames you choose to track.
We do not collect your IP address for tracking purposes, we do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not build user profiles for third-party marketing.
Data Retention & Deletion
Search results and follower data are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service. When you cancel your subscription, your tracked accounts are removed. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@lastfollowed.com.
Your Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA Users)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing of your data, and request data portability. If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, Twilio for SMS notifications, and analytics tools to improve our service.
