7. Refund Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact info@lastfollowed.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Last Followed.

9. Data Processing

By using our service, you acknowledge that we process publicly available Instagram data to provide follower tracking functionality. We do not access private accounts, private messages, or any non-public data. All data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
